Oxygen Partners is a team of seasoned investors focused on acquiring and growing small and medium-sized businesses across the UK.

Founded in 2017 by Mark Andrews, a Chartered Accountant, and Steve Benger, a Business Leader and Operational Specialist, Oxygen began with a mission to acquire and revitalise underperforming SMEs. Since then, our approach has evolved to include investments in well-performing businesses and property assets.

We are not an investment fund—we invest our own capital. This long-term perspective allows us to prioritise sustainable, cash-generative growth over short-term exits.

Our role is to support management teams as strategic partners, not executive operators. We back ambitious, high-performing leaders with the vision and drive to build lasting value. As a small, hands-on team, we act as active non-executive board members, offering guidance and support where needed.
